Prayeen was born on June 1981, in Kathmandu, Nepal. He hardly recalls how and when exactly he got involved in music, but he certainly remembers the event where he for the very first time appeared in a stage and sang a song in front of his friend and teacher. That was back in his college's annual music program. It was simply incredible for he had been always a quiet and shy person. Then, he started to take regular participation in college program.

After finishing college, he kept himself busy learning audio recording and mixing. He left for United States for his further study in 2002. While in the U.S. his interest grew much more in music, and he did not give up learning and experimenting with it. There, he got chance to explore more about Western Music Theory like Harmony and Orchestration. He learned to arrange music using audio samples. Learning had been easier for him even without any formal training in music because he had his brother, Manose, a well-known flutist of Nepal, most of the time. Prayeen was privileged to learn basic rule about North Indian Classical Music from his brother.

Later, in 2004, he met Direk and Rupak, who were also interested in music. They came with an idea of forming band and launching an album. This is not their only focus, but with money raised from the band, they are positive for donating it to help in the education sector of Nepal. Now Prayeen is evolved in the band as lead singer and recording engineer.
